岗位职责:

PRIMARY FUNCTION
To provide high quality secretarial service to a Senior Executive
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
• Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
• Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Greet and interact with incoming visitors
• Interact with external clients
• Co-ordinate project-based work
• Supervise and train lower level staff
• Other jobs that may be assigned
REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
• Reports to a Senior Executive
• Works with cross functional teams

• University/tertiary education
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Excellent written and oral English skill and communication skills

• Problem analysis and problem solving skills
• Judgment and decision-making ability
• Attention to detail and accuracy
